The successful candidate will be an outgoing Bodyshop Manager able to deliver exceptional market-leading customer service by actively managing the delivery of a first-class customer service journey. This will be achieved by proactive control of the customer experience, from initial booking into the final return of the vehicle. Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager ·Ultimately responsible for all activities at the repair centre through the effective control of line managers and supervisory colleagues, paying attention to profits in line with the business plan. ·Engage with key members of the team to agree output targets and provide feedback on the previous day's performance. ·Engaging all team members for managerial, supervisory and customer facing positions.
