Salary: £28,000pa + Mobile Phone & Company vehicle when required to travel
Working Hours: Monday-Friday - 07:30-17:30
Location: Northampton
 
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.
You will be a Business Development Manager that strives to maintain the highest standards in every area of business; To be engaging with both employees and customers in an open and transparent manner. This, alongside providing the highest level of customer service by offering responsive and courteous service that reflects our clients image and reputation.
 
Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager
·You will utilise internal and external market data to develop an understanding of the potential opportunities within the customer base and territory
·Achieve target KPI's and revenue objectives in your territory for key mechanical customers
·Work collaboratively with Area Sales Manager and Centre Managers to contribute to Business Improvement Plans
·Reporting on sales/ marketing VS performance
·Manage and maintain relationships with all customers
 
Qualifications and Skills
·Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar Business Development Manage within the automotive industry.
·Ability to effectively engage and communicate with a range of stakeholders
·Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools
·A practical understanding of financial strategies in the Automotive sector to provide valued input and insight
·Valid UK Drivers Licence is essential
