Basic Salary: £55,000pa + Car Allowance
Working Hours: Monday-Friday
Location: West London
 
Skilled & experienced Engineering Manager is required for full time permanent vacancy.
 
For the Engineering Manager role you will need to have prior PSV Technician and Management experience.

Responsibilities of a Engineering Manager
·Manage and control all engineering costs on site
·Engage with Supervisory teams on day to day running of the business
·Manage health and safety compliance
·Keep up to date with all operating procedures and company policies
·Deliver agreed plans and budgets
·Plan staff schedules and head count so that demand is met in line with company guidance.
·Manage and elver on KPI's that have been agreed

Skills and Qualifications of a Engineering Manager
·Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·Previous PSV Mechanic/Technician experience
·Previous management/supervisor experience working in compliance of "O"Licence
·Strong knowledge of the day to day running of site procedures, safety regulations and DVSA standards
